Yes. We're based in Lahore and work remotely with clients across time zones, with overlap hours agreed up front. On-site work is possible for engagements where it genuinely helps.
You do — source, infrastructure and every account, from day one. We hand over repositories and cloud access at the end of the engagement, documented, with no dependency on us to keep running.
Often, yes. We start with a short audit: what state it's in, what's salvageable, what needs replacing, and what it would cost either way. You get that assessment in writing before deciding.
Whatever you want to happen. We can hand over completely, stay on a maintenance retainer for monitoring, updates and fixes, or keep building the next phase. There's no minimum commitment either way.
